Mark Robson
Chief Executive Officer

Mark Robson is the Chief Executive Officer of FXMarketSpace. After joining Reuters in 1985, he held several senior level positions, including Country Manager South East Asia and Head of Product Management for Reuters flagship Dealing 3000 product line. Most recently, as Global Head of Treasury and Fixed Income services based in New York, Mark led the strategy and oversaw product design and marketing efforts for Reuters entire Fixed Income and Treasury product lines driving the successful launch of Reuters multi-bank portal for Fixed Income, FX, and electronic FX Prime Brokerage. In addition, he managed the day-to-day functions of Reuters electronic brokerage unit. Mark began his career as an FX and metals trader.

Rick Sears
President and Chief
Sales Officer

Rick Sears is the President and Chief Sales Officer for FXMarketSpace. Prior to joining FXMarketSpace, he held the position of Managing Director, Foreign Exchange at CME. In this capacity, he was responsible for overall management and development of CME's foreign exchange business.

Before joining CME, Rick was Managing Director, Global Foreign Exchange for Bank of America, San Francisco. Previously, he held the position of vice president with Nippon Credit Bank from 1991-92, First Interstate Bank of California from 1988-91 and Bankers Trust Company from 1983-88. He began his career in 1981 as an international banking officer with Wells Fargo Bank in New York.

Cheri Giglia
Senior Vice President and Head of Finance
Giglia joins from TradingPartners where she was Finance Director with overall responsibility for the Group’s global finance function. Her role also included a position on the company’s European management team where she was responsible for advising on all finance and budget related issues.

Elizabeth McEneaney
Senior Vice President and Head of Legal and Compliance
McEneaney joins from a London city firm, originally called to the Irish Bar. Dual-qualified, she also spent five years in-house at online bank Egg (now a Citigroup company) where, as senior counsel, she oversaw its entry into new markets. Before moving to the UK, McEneaney spent time working in capital markets in New York.

Yigal Oren
Senior Vice President and Head of Operations
Oren has over 16 years experience as an information technology professional in the financial industry. Oren joined Reuters in 2001 and for the past four years has overseen a global initiative to improve client’s efficiency and maximise their benefits from systems and services.

Debra Rabichow
Senior Vice President and Head of Clearing and Settlement
Rabichow was previously Chief Operating Officer at Goldenberg, Hehmeyer & Co. Rabichow has extensive experience working with proprietary electronic trading businesses.

Tarun Anand
Senior Vice President, Head of Strategy and Head of Sales, Asia
Anand joins from Reuters where he was Global Head of Treasury Services, with responsibility for Reuters Treasury business (revenue £1 billion). He is a member of the Reuters Innovation Board. He has been instrumental in the creation of FXMarketSpace, launching Reuters Trading for FX, acquisition of Centradia, Reuters investments in China and India and launching Indian Rupee and Thai Baht on Matching. With Reuters he has served across Asia, Europe and USA as Head of Treasury Services - UKI, Americas, Global Emerging Markets and South Asia. He has 15 years experience in the financial sector including 4 years at Standard Chartered and HSBC.

Philip E. Harris
Senior Vice President and Head of Sales, Americas
Harris joined FXMarketSpace from CME where he was Director, Foreign Exchange Products. In that role he worked to enhance customer relationships in order to build and maintain liquidity in CME’s FX market. Prior to CME, he served as Senior Sales Manager for Lava Trading, where he was responsible for selling Lava’s FX trading platform to commodity trading advisors, hedge funds, asset managers, overlay managers, global macro funds and third party vendors.

Michael McCorkle
Vice President and Head of Sales, North Asia
McCorkle joined FXMarketSpace from Reuters where he was Head of Marketing and Alliances for the Treasury Group. McCorkle joined Reuters in 2003 as Treasury Business Manager North America and UK. Prior to Reuters, he served as Managing Director, Asia, for ICor from 2000-2003. McCorkle also has experience as an FX Options Broker at both Tullet and Hatori-Marshall.

Jake Smith
Senior Vice President and Head of Marketing
Smith joins from HSBC where he was Global Manager, Marketing in e-commerce. In that role he oversaw the development and implementation of HSBC’s global e-FX and marketing strategy. He was also responsible for marketing HSBC’s capabilities across bilateral and multi-bank platforms, white label services and liquidity provision. Prior to joining HSBC, Smith was Marketing Manager for Citibank Foreign Exchange where he managed external communications with specific focus on e-commerce, both bilateral and multi-bank.

Paul Lichter
Vice President and Head of Customer Solutions, Americas
Lichter previously spent 5 years as an Associate Director at CME, most recently in CME's Corporate Program Office, where he played a central role in the development and implementation of several strategic partnerships, including FXMarketSpace, CME Auction Markets and CME FX on Reuters. Prior to joining CME, he held several Information Technology Management positions at Cargill, in both their futures brokerage and agricultural divisions.

Aly Wilson
Vice President and Head of Customer Solutions, EMEA
Wilson joins FXMarketspace with over 14 years in the foreign exchange business, most recently from EBS where she worked on a number of products within the Global Solutions Delivery Team, primarily EBS Prime and automated trading. Prior to this, Wilson was a Sales Executive in the Sydney office of EBS, after moving to Australia to work for an asset management company. Before leaving the UK, she worked at NatWest Markets in Treasury Sales, based in London.
