*Passive - in relation to a Trade executed by a Customer, means that of the
orders that are matched to conclude the Trade, the Customer’s order was the first to be input into
the FXMarketSpace Platform.
**Aggressive - in relation to a Trade executed by a Customer, means that of the orders that are matched to conclude the Trade, the Customer’s order was the later to be input into the FXMarketSpace Platform.
